Can women drink whey protein i.e. Eas 100% Whey Protein?

by Missy Pearsall
(Bakersfiled)

Can women consume 100% Whey protein for an after workout supplement? And is bad for us?

Answer:

Yes, women can most certainly use whey protein. It is not bad for you at all.

Whey protein is an excellent supplement to use after a training session, and in the morning.

Consuming about 30 grams of protein in the morning is a great way to help men and women burn fat. Whey protein is such an easy way to get 30 grams of protein into your system. It's about 1 and 1/2 scoops which is equivalent to about 5 eggs. Consuming this amount of protein in the morning helps trigger the release of fat burning hormones. It's a great way to burn fat and lose weight.

The other great time for women to use whey protein is after a training session. Everyone benefits by consuming protein after they work out. Whey protein is especially good because it is absorbed by your body very quickly. This helps your muscles repair and grow.

Women should NOT worry about developing too many muscles by supplementing with whey protein or lifting weights. Women do not have the capabilities to develop muscles like men do. Don't worry about lifting weights, drinking protein shakes and turning into the Incredible Hulk, it won't happen :)

There are many other benefits of whey protein for women. You can review more whey protein benefits here.

Cyclone Maximuscle for women

by Loren
(Ireland)

Hello! I'm Loren(17). I wanted to ask if there are any risks of taking Cyclone Maximuscle supplements, according to the fact that i'm a girl, and not quite sure if that particular one is suitable for women's use? Thanks a lot!

Answer:

Hey there, thanks for the question.

I spent some time in London UK and noticed that Maximuscle was a pretty popular supplement there. I used their whey protein supplement and liked it a lot.

There shouldn't be any risks because you're a girl, however you are still pretty young... Some people like to recommend supplements to people over 18.

More importantly would be finding out what you want to use, and why.

What type of Maximuscle supplement were you thinking of taking, and what for?

What are your current fitness goals and are you following an appropriate diet and exercise program for your goals?
