Weight gainer and milk

I've put on the most muscle by getting more calories. I use a weight gainer like Cyto Gainer and drink it with milk.

More calories and heavy weights. I have one in the morning and one after training. The milk gives you more calories which is good for gaining muscle.

Good Combination

Hey Jason, that's an important combination for gaining muscle and weight. Lots of calories and lots of weight.

Cyto Gainer is one of the weight gainers recommended on this site. Another good one is Muscle Juice.
