Shut up and Squat!

Work your legs out. If you have ever heard someone tell you that working out your legs can make your upper body grow, it's true. Total body stress increases your testosterone levels.


Compound exercises work your entire body:
  • Deadlifts
  • Squats
  • Bench Press
  • Chin ups


Incorporating some of these total body exercises will help boost your testosterone levels. Your legs are a big muscle group and should not be forgotten.
