It gets good reviews
by: Admin

This pre workout supplement from AllMax Nutrition has received some great reviews.

A few things you should keep in mind however:

Most people report that you don't need to take a full dose. Taking just 1/2 of a scoop seems to work fine and I suggest this is what you start with.

Like other types of pre workout supplements, you will get a large boost in energy and focus. This is caused by the large amount of caffeine in these products. So again, you probably won't need the full dosage.

Because it contains a lot of caffeine don't take it if you're not training, and cycle this product. Take it for a few weeks then take some time off. There's no exact guideline for cycling but I wouldn't take it for longer than say a month before taking a week or so off. This will also help you avoid building a tolerance.

Another plus is that it comes with a full dose of creatine depending on how much you take. Keep in mind that if you're just taking 1/2 a scoop you won't be getting the full 5 grams of creatine, so you might want to add some pure micronized creatine to your diet as well.

Overall it has received great reviews, but remember that a full dose is probably too much, and there is a lot of caffeine so cycle on and off.

Hello there,
So this is for whoever it may concern, but i have this aupplemt too, and I love it! great energy and it really does work I feel amazing during the workout! but I was wondering, is there a specific time in which I should take it before my workout? like half an hour or an hour before?

15 to 45 minutes
by: Admin

It is recommended that most of these types of pre workout supplements be taken 15 to 45 minutes before you train.

So anywhere around 30 minutes should be fine. Test and see what exact time works best for you.

I've been weightlifting for 4 yrs now and I've taken all sorts of pre workouts this one is top of line for me. I suggest you eat something before taking it due to it contains creatine and most ppl who have weak stomachs it will affect you and bother you during your workouts. Take 30 min before and listen to some music and zone out I assure you, you'll never stop picking those weights up

it works, however...

hey guys, im just 18 years of age and i started taking this, and i must say the first week I took this I was in the zone, this product made me feel like Iron Man or some crazy super hero for that first week. When I was working out I could tell my body was getting tired but my mind just kept telling me lift. However with time I grew tolerant to it, so as of now Im going to cycle off of it for about a month cause im hoping to get that same feeling again as when I first started taking it.
Overall good product, definitely better than NO Xplode imo...

WARNING!
by: Dave

I bought Razor 8 in the beginning of august in search for a boost in my workouts. After my first week of taking Razor 8, I found that it was dramatically increasing my strength. My bench went up about 50lbs along with the amount of weight i was regularly doing in my other workouts. I have been lifting consistently for about 4 years now. The rush was amazing and it really helped me get into the high rep range of about 12 to 15 with heavy weight. However, about 3 weeks later i was getting the worst headaches of my life. I was getting severe migraines, and my eyes could not tolerate light. After taking a week off from the product the headaches went away. Then when i started cycling Razor 8 back into my workouts, the headaches came back. This product is not regulated by the F.D.A and i think everyone should use this product with caution. DRINK LOTS OF WATER
