The Quick Trim weight loss system has gotten a lot of its popularity from the Kardashian girls.

Both Kim and Khloe Kardashian claim that they've lost weight using Quick Trim.





But to everyone's surprise, it wasn't Quick Trim alone that contributed to their weight loss... I hope you can sense the sarcasm there :)

It was stated that a balanced diet and lots of exercise contributed to Khloe's weight loss. 45 minutes of exercise, 5 days a week. It wasn't just the supplement!

Don't just skim through that statement. Yes, the girls may have used Quick Trim products, but they also seemed to have followed a balanced diet and a lot of exercise. If you're not eating healthy and exercising regularly, you're not going to lose weight.


The Kardashians are models and actresses. They're probably best known for their reality TV show Keeping Up with the Kardashians.

I'm not saying that all celebrity endorsements are bad, but please remember that there's no magic formula for weight loss.

These girls may have had success with Quick Trim, but it was not the one and only thing that contributed to their weight loss.

For the most part, success from weight loss pills is linked with diet and exercise. The best body transformations and weight loss stories incorporate all three; nutrition, exercise, supplements.

Quick Trim Weight Loss Reviews

After researching a lot of reviews on Quick Trim, it's clear that so many people are clueless when it comes to weight loss and diet pills.

For the most part, the reviews haven't been great. Many people complain about no results and lots of headaches. Others have reported that they have seen positive results.

It hasn't been all bad, but a large portion of users are probably not going to buy a second batch.

Again, a big reason why there are many negative reviews is because people are buying these supplements hoping for miraculous weight loss within a few days. Not going to happen folks.

Here are just some of the ridiculous reviews I found. It shows that some people have no idea about weight loss.

"Started the 48 hr product. I am now into day two, I am finding no change."

"I started taking it Monday night, it is now Wednesday and nothing. No change."


What the #$@*! people! How much weight do you expect to lose in 48 hours?!!

Permanent weight loss does not work like that. Some professionals can "cut weight" quickly, but they will put it all back on. That's not the kind of weight loss you want.

Cutting weight quickly is certainly achievable, but it is usually only beneficial for certain athletes. Professional Boxers, or Mixed Martial Arts Fighters cut weight before their fights.

Some athletes cut 10 to 30 pounds before their weigh ins. The weigh ins are usually the day before the fight. Some fighters cut weight and weigh in at say 170 lbs, and come fight time the next day might weigh around 185 lbs. Sometimes this can be a big advantage to a fighter.

Dramatic weight loss and weight gain like this is not that uncommon. But for you this is not recommended. You want permanent weight loss and fat burn. Sorry to say you can't get that in 48 hours!

The first statement happens to most people.

They might get some quick results from some type of fat burner, but then they put all the weight back on.

Weight loss is not some quick one time thing. It's a lifestyle change.

Do you think the Kardashians or any other celebrity for that matter only use a weight loss supplement? Of course not.

These transformations are always associated with a lifestyle change that incorporates diet and exercise. Any celebrity that loses lots of weight and promotes a product has probably busted their ass in the gym and has gotten nutrition advice.

You need the same. You need to focus on your diet and exercise.

And, if you're going on a trip next week and want to lose 10 lbs, don't take a weight loss supplement. You might lose a few pounds but you'll be no better off when your trip's over.

In fact this get fit really quick mentality could be dangerous to your health. Don't do extreme things when trying to lose weight quickly. Mixing fat burners with super low calorie diets before a trip is not a good idea.

I'm not saying that all weight loss products don't work. Some people have had success with them. But you're far better off focusing your energy on your diet and exercise programs.
