I have quite a few questions; is there any side effects, or will I gain weight with protein pills?

I want to use protein pills because I have no protein in my diet, Im a vegetarian and I still want to grow, is protein pills the way forward?

Protein pills are a good choice

Vegetarians are definitely a group of people who will benefit from taking protein pills.

Unless you take way too many protein pills, there shouldn't be any side effects. Also, they won't contain large amounts of calories so you will not gain weight.

Because you don't eat any meat, you might find it hard to get complete proteins. Complete proteins have all the essential amino acids. Only when vegetarian sources of proteins are mixed will you get complete proteins. This is why protein pills are a great way to help vegetarians get all the protein they need.

So don't worry about side effects, and don't worry about gaining any weight.

you will find that almost all vegetarians and vegans will not take your suggestions kindly - the tablet you recommend is made from liver, which is meat! perhaps you should think about the audience you are targeting with your articles before making such comments.
