Are these as good as the P90X workout program?



P90X supplements are a great addition to the P90X Extreme Home Fitness Workout Program.

People seem to be just as happy with these health supplements as they are with the workout DVDs.

If you follow a healthy diet plan and exercise routine, then adding these supplements can help speed up your fitness results.

Here we'll review one of the more popular P90X supplements.


P90X Results and Recovery Formula

At its core, this formula helps you recover from your workouts faster, so you can see better results.

It does this by supplying you with a healthy list of ingredients. Each serving is 200 calories with simple and complex carbs, along with antioxidants, vitamins and amino acids.

For those looking to put on muscle you'll notice that each serving only contains 10 grams of protein, therefore whey protein is still recommended as well.

The servings usually come in individual packs and it is recommended to just take one per day, at least 1 hour after training. If you get it in the tub form, one serving will be one or two scoops. It's important to follow the instructions on the label.

The 90X workout program has you training 6 days per week with one rest day. You don't need to use these supplements on days you don't train. If you're doing some other type of exercise routine, taking it only on training days is recommended.
