OxyElite Pro stacked with Hydroxycut a good idea?

Is it safe to stack OEP with Hydroxycut to cut weight faster? I do the best I can to stay on a good diet. I work-out 6 times a week and I just finished my first month of Insanity. Any comments. Answer: No, don't do that. First of all, congrats on your weight loss. 11 pounds per month is good. Make sure you stay consistent. In terms of your supplement idea here, don't do it. Mixing these two supplements is like taking double the dose. If you were to take 2 times as much OxyElite Pro as you do now, you won't lose any more weight, and you might get unwanted side effects. In general, you don't want to mix two of the same "types" of products, or supplements which contain many of the same ingredients. So mixing two fat burners, diet pills, weight loss supplements... whatever you want to call them, is a bad idea. Don't do it. Both of these supplements will have a warning stating not to exceed the recommended daily dosage. By mixing OxyElite Pro and Hydroxycut you're basically taking a double dose, so don't do it. Taking both will provide too many stimulants and is not recommended. The only way to speed up your weight loss is to do more exercise and eat even better. You might think you eat clean but there's always room for improvement. You might think you train hard but there's always more you can do. These are the things to consider if you want to speed up your progress. Looking towards more supplements is not ideal in this situation, and in fact may cause unwanted effects. 11 pounds per month is pretty good and something to be proud of. If you just stay consistent and work hard, you will reach your goal in about another month. So just stick to your current supplement program and you should be fine. Another supplement which you might want to take if you're currently not using is whey protein. Chances are you're probably using it, but maybe you're not using it the best way. Start taking whey protein as your breakfast choice. Consuming 30 grams of whey, which is about 1 and 1/2 scoops in the morning is a great way to burn fat. If you're not doing this right now you should definitely start. It's easy and will help you burn fat.
