No side effects from Hydroxycut - Is it working?
by Kenzie
I feel like I'm not as hungry but I don't feel like my heart is gonna explode like everyone says I would. Answer: I don't think we have a clear picture on what you mean by side effects. Usually when people discuss side effects with supplements like Hydroxycut, they're referring to unwanted side effects like headaches, the shakes, and an unhealthy elevated heart rate. These are things you don't want to experience. The fact that you're not experiencing these things is good, and it does not mean Hydroxycut isn't working. Hydroxycut's goal is not to make it feel like your heart will explode! Its goal is to reduce your appetite and increase your metabolism and energy levels. So it sounds like you're doing fine. Remember to stay hydrated and stick to the dosage you're taking. Now, we have to keep in mind that Hydroxycut will not perform miracles to your tummy. If you're not experiencing bad side effects, and your appetite is down, overall I think we can say Hydroxycut is working. But it won't necessarily make your belly disappear. Along with taking supplements like Hydroxycut, there are other things you must be doing. In fact, these other things are much more important than supplementing with fat burners. The other things to consider are your exercise program and your diet. Unfortunately that little bit of extra fat to burn off the stomach area seems to be quite difficult for a lot of people. This is where a super clean diet is going to come into play. Many people will find that the last little bit of fat on their tummy won't go away until they really go extreme with their diet. This involves eating super clean and cutting out all unnecessary and unhealthy foods. A good recommendation would be to follow some of the diets that fitness competitors follow leading up to a show. You'll find that most of these diets consist of all natural healthy foods like eggs, oatmeal, lean meats, leafy green vegetables, beans, lentils and water. Exercise is something you will want to focus on as well, however your diet is still going to be priority number 1. For exercise, increasing your cardio to 30 to 60 minutes per day is going to help you burn off that last bit of fat. Because you run a lot you're probably doing enough cardio. What you might really want to consider is a few weight training sessions per week if you're not already doing so. Having a little more muscle will help you burn fat. Note, you don't have to look like the Incredible Hulk or anything, you just have to tone up a bit. Other things to consider are protein for breakfast, preferably a whey protein shake, and eliminate all high glycemic carbs like white bread, white rice and pasta. If this is all too much for you, consider reviewing some of the most popular diet programs. Another article you might find useful is this one: How to Burn Stomach Fat |
