Nano Vapor is one of MuscleTech's pre workout supplements.

If you're familiar with products from MuscleTech, you'll know that they come with a lot of hype and advertising. Some of the biggest names in bodybuilding like Jay Cutler promote these products.

Now, this isn't always bad, but it can be a bit misleading.

Why is it not bad?

Well, honestly, some people like the hype and extreme advertising. People want to use supplements sponsored by top athletes. It can be an advantage if it makes you train harder.

For example, some people need extra motivation. People buy new workout gear, some start a new training program, and others try new supplements. It's not always a bad thing.

If taking a supplement like Nano Vapor is going to help you train with intensity on a consistent basis, then that's good advertising.

But it's also important to remember that taking these supplements isn't going to turn you into a Jay Cutler or Ronnie Coleman. That's where the ads can be misleading.

This supplement is labeled as the "World's first pre workout formula to build 8 times more muscle."

That's awesome and I totally believe it... I hope you picked up on the sarcasm :)

In an advertisement MuscleTech claims that over an 8 week period, a study of 20 people found that the group that trained with Nano Vapor built 8 times as much muscle as the group that didn't.

That's what you call advertising and marketing hype. It certainly can be misleading. 20 people, 1 study?

So, don't get fooled by some of MuscleTech's advertising. But at the same time, just because a product has excessive marketing doesn't mean the products don't work.

This hype should make you cautious of your expectations, but it shouldn't deter you from using the products... unless you totally don't agree with it.




Nano Vapor Review - What does it do?



This is a nitric oxide supplement that claims to have extra muscle building ingredients.

Here are some of the proven results in using a nitric oxide supplement:


  • High level of focus
  • Increased energy levels
  • Extreme pump


All users of nitric oxide supplements have consistently reported these positive effects. You get an extreme pump, your energy levels are up, and you stay mentally focused.

This in turn helps increase your workout intensity and helps you make better gains.




How to take Nano Vapor



First thing worth mentioning is that with all these pre workout supplements, make sure you're getting lots of water. You should be drinking a gallon on water a day. That's 16 glasses.

Staying hydrated is very important when taking these kinds of supplements. Some users have reported getting headaches or feeling dizzy when using these supplements. This can be avoided by staying hydrated.

It is also recommended that you start with a small dosage. Don't slam back 3 scoops the first day. Start with 1 scoop mixed with 3 or 4 OZ of water. It is also suggested to take this supplement on an empty stomach about 15 minutes before training.

After about a week you can increase your dosage to 2 scoops and then maybe 3. Don't feel that you have to increase it to 3 scoops. Don't take more than 3 scoops within 24 hours. Also, MuscleTech recommends to try and keep the lid closed at all times.

If you're under 18 don't take this supplement. Do yourself a favor and read over the label before using it.

These products have lots of caffeine in them, so don't consume them with other caffeine sources like coffee, energy drinks or soda.

I would recommend that you take this supplement on training days only. Some people take nitric oxide supplements on days they don't train, but it's not necessary. Just take it 15 to 30 minutes before you train. Do your best to take it on an empty stomach.

Taking it on an empty stomach is supposed to give you more positive effects, but at the same time don't starve yourself. Don't avoid important meals just to supplement this product. Try and create a good eating, training, and supplement schedule that will work for you.

Also, you don't need to take this product all the time. Sometimes a tolerance can be built up and effects start to diminish. Therefore, take it for 4 to 8 weeks, then take some time off. There isn't a set cycling schedule for this product. You will just have to see what works best for you.


  • Use it for 4 weeks then take 2 weeks off
  • Use it for 6 weeks then take 2 weeks off
  • Use it for 8 weeks then take 4 weeks off


There's no combination that is perfect, however most people see better results when they cycle these supplements because they may build up a tolerance.

On the other hand, some users stay on this product all year round, but I wouldn't recommend that.

Again, test it out. The easiest thing would be to try it for 4 weeks and then take 2 weeks off and start again.




Nano Vapor Side Effects - How to avoid them



There has always been mixed feelings about these supplements. Some people get minor side effects, some don't.

These types of supplements don't work well for everyone. Some people don't react well with some of the ingredients. You're just going to have to test them out for yourself.

Just because someone else didn't have a good experience with this supplement, or any other supplement, doesn't mean you will too.

There are many people who are experiencing positive results from these supplements. You're just going to have to try it for yourself.


Here are some of the side effects that may occur:

  • Trouble sleeping


Taking this supplement properly can help you avoid these side effects.

Follow the guidelines:


  • Start with a small dosage - 1 scoop for the first week
  • Don't feel you have to take 3 scoops - 2 is often enough
  • Don't take it with meals - Take it on an empty stomach
  • Drink lots of water - Carry a water bottle around and sip it throughout the day
  • Don't take these supplements late at night
  • Don't mix with other arginine products or caffeine products
  • You don't need to take it on non training days
  • Cycle off the product after 4 to 8 weeks


This may seem like a lot of rules for taking a supplement, but it may help you avoid minor side effects.

Not drinking enough water is usually the biggest reason why people give bad reviews on these supplements.




What other users say about Nano Vapor



There have been mixed reviews from users of Nano Vapor.

For the most part, people didn't like the taste, but rated the energy and pump levels quite good. Some users like it over other brands, but some preferred the other popular pre workout supplements.

After examining many reviews, it seems BSN NO Xplode and Gaspari Super Pump 250 were rated higher. That being said, some users like this product more.

If you're currently on a healthy diet and good training program, these products are worth a try. Do your best to follow the suggested guideline for taking these supplements and remember to drink plenty of water.

Bottom line these products do work. You will definitely increase your focus in the gym and increase your pump, but just be responsible and don't expect miracles.

If for any reason you experience unwanted effects, lower your dosage or discontinue the product all together.
