In his first book he was extremely effective at showing us how to be more efficient with our time. With this new book designed at transforming your body, you'll discover small consistent
changes which produce the biggest results.
I opened this book as a Christmas gift (2010) and I read it from front to back (500 plus pages). I just couldn't put it down. The writing style and the
information is so much fun to read. For the next month I read something from the book on a daily basis.
I was reading it out loud to my family and telling all my friends about it. Within a few days I bought a digital ebook for my sister and a hardcover for my
best friend on his birthday. They both found the book extremely informative.
My sister is the kind of person who asks me every few months what she needs to do to get in better shape. She's actually fit, but she's always looking to
