If you take precautions, Hydroxycut Advanced will not cause you serious harm.

I suggest reading the page called does Hydroxycut work? There is a guide and some things to keep in mind when using Hydroxycut and other fat burners.

From that page you can also access the report that the FDA put out regarding the old Hydroxycut. Previous formulas of Hydroxycut have been banned, however many people like myself have used them without any problems.

Again, read the does Hydroxycut work article, and the article called are fat burners safe?

Bottom line, if you're healthy and exercise regularly then these can help you.

But if you're a beginner or out of shape, I would recommend a program like Burn The Fat, Feed The Muscle.
