Focus on your diet and cardio

Reducing your body fat and getting ripped abs is mostly about your diet. You need to eat often throughout the day, and very clean. You also have to start doing cardio exercise. You should still maintain your weight training, but you should do cardio everyday.

The best way to get ripped abs and reduce your body fat below 10% is to model other successful athletes. In this case, follow the competitive bodybuilders and fitness models. The big bodybuilding stars like Jay Cutler and Ronnie Coleman might not be the best examples because their bodies are so much different than yours, but there are many natural/amateur bodybuilders who's routines you can follow.

So, model the diet and exercise routine of other successful people, and most importantly stay persistent. You won't get abs overnight, in one week, or in one month. Give yourself a few months to see results.

A typical diet and exercise routine I followed to cut down body fat for a bodybuilding competition looked something like this:

Wake Up: 30 mins jogging
Meal 1: Oatmeal and egg whites
Meal 2: Protein shake
Meal 3: Chicken and salad

Workout followed by 20 mins cardio

Meal 4: Post workout protein shake
Meal 5: Tuna and sweet potatoes
Meal 6: Cottage cheese and apple

Drink lots of water throughout the day.
Snack on nuts and fruit/veggies.

Sticking to some sort of program along these lines will help you get ripped. It doesn't have to be this exact one, but keep these things in mind: eat frequent meals, stay hydrated, cardio right when you get up, weight training at least 3 times per week, carbs should be whole grains and vegetables, maintain good levels of protein, no junk food, fatty foods, or high sugar foods.

Again, stay persistent.

There's no secret to getting ripped. Just copy what other people do. Follow the plan and success stories of natural bodybuilders and fitness models and competitors.

If you don't know where to start regarding your diet and exercise, one of the best resources is Burn The Fat - Feed The Muscle. You can read my review of it here.
