Drinking Beer on Training Days?

I train at 6.30 in the morning after cosuming NO Xplode at 6.00hrs.

Is it safe to consume beer in the afternoon on training days ?

Depends on how much you drink

Having a few drinks later in the day should not cause any problems.

However, if you plan on drinking a lot on a specific day, you should avoid supplementing that morning.

I won't get into it here, but excessive drinking is really bad for someone trying to get fit and build muscle. Having a workout and then getting drunk is a complete waste of a workout, and a waste of your supplement for that matter.

One bad thing about drinking alcohol regarding these supplements is dehydration.

Pre workout supplements like NO Xplode and Super Pump 250 recommend you drink lots of water because they can easily dehydrate your body. Adding alcohol to the mix makes it worse.

So if you know you're going to be drinking that night, I would avoid using the supplement.

A casual few beers should be fine, but getting drunk will make you extra dehydrated from the supplement. This might lead to bad headaches, dizziness and an even worse hangover.

Bottom line, don't supplement on days you're having more than a few drinks.
