4 scoops of CytoGainer will supply you with 3 grams of creatine.

So if you only take 1 serving (4 scoops) in one day, you're getting 3 grams of creatine.

3 grams per day will be fine, however some people supplement 5 to 10 grams per day.

So if you're only taking CytoGainer once per day, you can add 5 grams (one teaspoon) to your shake if you want.

At 173 cm I'm assuming you want to gain weight, and CytoGainer can definitely help, so you might want to take 2 servings per day, that's 8 scoops. This will supply you with 6 grams of creatine which is enough.

So if you take 2 servings of CytoGainer you don't need the extra creatine, but if you only take one serving you can add 5 grams of creatine if you want.

Being consistent with your food intake is probably going to be the most important thing for you. If you want to gain weight, you need quality calories and lots of them. Mix that with intense workouts and you will add weight. Remember to stay consistent, try not to miss meals.

Again, these are just recommendations, not exact guidelines. Generally CytoGainer alone will be enough.
