A little blurb about me
Over the last few years I have learned a lot about proper nutrition and supplementation, and have compiled my findings into this site! I was in the best shape of my life. My body fat was below 10%, my abs were ripping through my shirt and the veins in my arms were pumping. I felt great. After the competition, one of the most frequently asked questions was: "how were you able to spend all that time in the gym?" My answer was that I didn't spend any more time in the gym.... I just spent some extra time in the kitchen! That's when I realized that some people are missing the big picture when it comes to their health and appearance. A lot of people don't realize the benefits of proper supplementation. That's one of the reasons I created this site. The formula for improving your health is simple. What you eat "or don't eat", creates your life's resources. Yes it's true: your health is a key life resource, and your lifestyle creates the amount of resources you have. (You might want to read that over a couple times) If you examine your health right now and don't like it, know that a big part of your concern is because of what you eat, or don't eat.
